*Rates are for 2-person occupancy. Add $4 per person per night for more than 2 people (infants excluded). A maximum of 8 people is permitted per site. NO TENTS ALLOWED.

*One vehicle in addition to RV is permitted free of charge. A second vehicle (automobile, golf cart, UTV, ATV and trailers) is permitted on site for $6 per day (maximum of 2 vehicles per site). Additional vehicles may park in overflow parking for $6 per day.

Summer Reservation & Cancellation Policy:

  • Reservation must be accompanied by an advance deposit in the amount of 50% of total stay. Summer reservations will be accepted prior to Jan 1 of each year for stays of 7 nights or longer only. Reservations for June & July must have a 7 night minimum.
  • Cancellations made 60 days in advance or longer = 100% refund, 30 days to 60 days = 50% refund, less than 30 days = no refund.
  • Reservations for Memorial Day through Labor Day may not be shortened. Upon arrival you are responsible for payment of all dates and sites reserved. No refund will be given for early departure. Vacant sites may be rented at discretion of Parkview management.
  • If you will not be arriving on your scheduled check-in date, you must notify our office in advance. If you do not, your site will be released at 10 am the day after scheduled arrival (with no refund). No-shows will pay the balance of site before any future reservations may be made.
