Winter Visitor Information
Nestled in the heart of Texas Hill Country, Parkview RV's unique setting offers tranquil, outdoor beauty and solitude, far away from the hustle and bustle of large cities. Each year summer crowds flock to the Frio River to enjoy its cool, refreshing waters. However, Fall and Winter are also fantastic seasons to revel in the region's natural, sprawling hills, streams and wooded areas where wildlife abounds.
Bird enthusiasts from around the globe are drawn to this region during late winter through spring to witness birds making their annual migration; however the permanent bird population is impressive as well with hundreds of species prevalent year round.
In relation to the hot 95 to 100 degree temperatures of the South Texas summers, fall and winter are relatively mild.
